How do I place an order?
Choose your product. DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SIZE IN THE LISTING'S SIZE GUIDE.
Click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
From here, leave the rest to us. We will prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way! You will receive an email confirmation with your order details right after you place it. If you don't see your confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder or make sure you used the correct email address.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours, you just need to contact our customer support team at younqiuelymsundrstd@gmail.com. After 12 hours, it will be too late to make changes to your order as it would already be in production.

Here at Youniquely MsUndrstd, we strive to make sure your story product is unique and well crafted just like you and your story.
This is why each product is carefully crafted for you, the way you order it, and created at the time the order is place utilizing an on demand fulfillment model.

How do I choose my correct size?
Each listing should come with a Size Guide for you to refer to before purchasing.
Do your products come with a quality guarantee?
Yes, only premium materials are used and all of our products are carefully inspected to ensure quality. We will reprint any product that arrives defective, damaged, low-quality printed, for free. Please refer to our refund and return policy at the bottom of our site for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Diners Club cards. We also accept Paypal, Apple and Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after a successful order is placed.
How can I contact you?
All our contact is through email. Don't worry, we do respond and very quickly. Write to us at youniquelymsundrstd@gmail.com or through our contact page with a detailed description of your concerns.
Is my information protected?
Youniquely Msundrstd complies with the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you make a payment and purchase in our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure connection layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet to process payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not stored afterwards.
What is the delivery time?
All our products are made as soon as our customers buy them. We do not keep inventory on hand. Production can generally take 5 to 7 business days. Delivery can take from 7-14 business days. However, please note that if your order is very large, it may take up to 15 days just for production with delivery timing starting after that.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number and information will be sent to you by email 5-7 days after you have placed your order. From there you should be able to tack your order.
I haven't received my order, what can I do?
If you haven't received your items 60 days after placing your order, please contact us via email at youniquelymsundrstd@gmail.com or use the contact page on our website. We'll be happy to help you.
What is the shipping cost?
The standard shipping service starts at $8.49 in the US and can vary on the location of the destination and amount of items being delivered. Some limited items come with Express shipping which is calculated once your address is provided.
What about Returns, or Exchanges?
We believe that our customers eventually become family and this means that we hope that you can count on us for years to come for your unique story products. We also know that this means that at times, even when we strive to provide the highest quality of products and service, we may fall short. In this we hope that with efficient, open and honest communication, you can count on us to try to make it right. We ask that you check your items upon receiving and message us if there are any products arrive, damaged, fulfilled incorrectly or have a quality defect. Please also include a photo of the issue and we will work to get it fixed for you. In such cases we offer a replacement within 30 days of delivery of product.
Please make sure to check size guides when ordering, as refunds, returns or exchanges are not offered if the incorrect size is ordered. What we can do is offer you a 50% discount on a replacement item, and you keep the original item.
