Refund policy

We understand that mishaps happen even when it comes to production of products. We have all been there when we get a faulty product that's missing a screw or a word is misprinted.

Here at Youniquely MsUndrstd, we strive to make sure your story product is unique and well crafted just like you and your story. This is why each product is carefully crafted for you, the way you order it, and created at the time the order is place. For this reason, refunds are only available for products that are damaged upon arrival or that arrive with a quality defect. 

We believe that our customers eventually become family and this means that we hope that you can count on us for years to come for your unique story products. We also know that this means that at times, even when we strive to provide the highest quality of products and service, we may fall short. In this we hope that with efficient, open and honest communication, you can count on us to try to make it right. We ask that you check your items upon receiving and message us if there are any products arrive, damaged, fulfilled incorrectly or have a quality defect. Please also include a photo of the issue and we will work to get it fixed for you. In such cases we offer a replacement within 30 days of delivery of product. 

 

Please make sure to check size guides when ordering, as refunds, returns or exchanges are not offered if the incorrect size is ordered. What we can do is offer you a 50% discount on a replacement item, and you keep the original item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.


Refunds
In the rare event of a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
